In this 15min presentation, I share my thoughts and perceptions about the lineage of our DNA and the lack of self prioritisation and how these things can impact on our birth right as a sacred feminine being.

Society has conditioned us to believe that self-sacrifice is noble, that our worth lies in what we do and give to others. And while we strive to do it all, something gets lost along the way.

That something is us. The cost of ignoring this - is real.
