Payment is required prior to or on the day of your session, this can be done via credit/debit/cash. And yes, we take AMEX. Cancellation fee applies. If cancelling with less than 8 hours notice 50% of the appointment fee will be forfeited. Sessions fees are non transferable. No shows will forfeit the entire appointment fee. We offer no partial refunds.
Zode Kinesiology runs workshops or group sessions throughout the year. Payment for these are required at the time of booking in full. This can be done via credit card. Cancellation fees apply; if you cancel within 48 hours from the workshop/group session start date you will forfeit 50% of the paid fee. Session fees are non transferable. No shows will forfeit the full amount. We offer no partial refunds. All group registrations are held confidentially. If you have any question contact us at your earliest opportunity, All participants in workshops or group sessions will adhere to our Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (see below). Any offensive behaviour during a workshop or group session may result in the participant being asked to leave. There will be no refund in this instance.
Zode Kinesiology values your privacy. Any information collected on this web site is used internally, solely for the purpose of marketing and processing sales transactions with Zode Kinesiology ONLY. We do not give out or otherwise sell any personal information received via this site to any third party. All addresses collected are done so for the purpose of being able to offer our services and products and give information about updates to you only. During some sessions our practitioners will collect private client information, as per the codes of practice from the professional organisations we are affiliated through. This information is used for the benefit and safety of our clients (including but not limited to medical/illness information) during their sessions. This information is stored in a secure location and will never be disclosed to any third party (unless required to do so by law). All verbal communications which occur between practitioners and clients are completely confidential. We will always seek approval from you; the client to share information about your healthcare with other practitioners or referrers. This will be solely for your overall care plan management.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Zode Kinesiology be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised that we offer. Zode Kinesiology is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client may incur whilst attending a one:one session, reading, workshop or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or misactions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide. Clients and workshop attendees must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Zode Kinesiology gives no warranty on the choice of workshops you take. Full details are displayed in workshop information as to what the workshop will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your workshop selection this remains your responsibility. Kinesiology, AromaTouch and Liquid Crystal sessions, readings and any other services offered from this site or directly through our clinic are non-refundable and must be paid to the practitioner at the time of service, or by pre-payment arrangements.
