Kinesiology is a natural therapy, powerful, yet safe, for everyone. Try it to believe.
Kinesiology is a powerful combination of Eastern & Western techniques that come together to access the body’s innate wisdom and restore balance.
Your body records every thought, emotion, memory, trauma, and experience that you have ever had. It stores it and you are subconsciously accessing it to shape the way you live your life. So you already have the answers to what is holding you back physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
By using muscle monitoring, kinesiology can unlock these beliefs, traumas and blocked emotions to find a clear path through your limiting patterns of behaviour and unconscious responses.
Kinesiology offers holistic health of the body, mind and spirit. Looking beyond symptoms to the cause. It does not treat nor diagnose. It finds “stuckness” and creates flow. Go to our list of symptoms which shows how kinesiology can help.
What to expect:
An initial chat finds your focus for the session and we begin to unfurl the patterns of your life. On the massage table, we activate stresses and work together to find balance. There maybe a variety of tools used, including reflex assessments, crystals, visualisations, breath and oils. The frequency and number of sessions required depends on the extent of your needs and desired outcomes.

I get it, some people like to experience something before they commit to a full session. So after our free curiosity chat you may prefer to book a Kinesiology Taster. This is a 45min experience of kinesiology, a chance to see our clinic and to meet Zoe to see if we’re “a right fit” before you commit to a session. These can be done online or face-to-face.
Our 45min Kinesiology Taster is $145. It is no obligation and we only address one issue so please be clear on what you’d like to work on. If you do decide to proceed you will enjoy $20 off your next session.

These are offered after your initial session and are paid up front. They consist of 5 follow up sessions and offer a great saving. Packages are our most popular option. They have an 12month expiry date so plenty of time to use the sessions between the busy-ness of life.

A 2 hour session which starts at our Maroubra Clinic where we will identify what you are holding onto and want to release.
Then we drive to a natural environment to ceremoniously release these pent up emotions. Incorporates ritual, prayer, movement, release and clearing.

These is an opportunity for couples to attend a 90min session together. It is not counselling, but rather a chance to be heard and guided into new ways to relate and communicate. Both individuals must attend an initial session first.

I believe that educating my clients is an important part of their healing journey.
With knowledge comes power so I provide a free, short summary of your session. This will usually outline what we covered in the session and an outline of the meaning behind any tools if these were included. I give some guidance on appropriate home play for you to work on between sessions and an opportunity to join our community and leave a testimonial.
