Zode Events
Over the decades I have always loved holding spaces and creating connections amongst people. I started early, planning creative weekends away with friends in my late teens, overseeing events in my work, even working for the Olympics and Paralympics - I am a seasoned event holder!
When I became a kinesiologist and I was predominantly working 1:1, I began to yearn for the group work, the spaces, the connections that can only happen when people come together. So in 2022 I started running Women Circles, a few free talks, then workshops, then online events and began to expand into events for children and teens.
I planned a Women’s Retreat in 2025 which I ended up postponing - not because of poor attendance; rather I postponed because I felt disconnected….That’s the beauty of trusting ones inner guidance - it ended up being the right decision.

Women Circles
Our Women Circles are sacred spaces of intimate conversations, activities, meditation and laughter. They are a place where your true self is celebrated. It provides safety to create, move, laugh, love, cry or just be you. It is where you can open up to share desires, thoughts and feelings.
As we tune into our own, and collective wisdom, you will fill your cup and take time for yourself. You have an opportunity to share your heart, explore your beliefs and hold the hands of other like-minded women.
Held at 7pm on Thursday, roughly each month either face to face in Maroubra or online, we keep numbers limited to ensure everyone enjoys the best possible Circle experience. You can bring a friend for a discount.
Workshops
Our workshops have been held in person and on line.
We have hosted workshops for children, teens and adults.
These half or full day events are full of connection, learning and creativity all wrapped up in a theme, with beautiful catering, lots of insights and even more time for fun and laughter. A blend of Yin and Yang our workshops can cater to your needs.

Information Talks
I started hosting Free Information Talks when I began my business. To me they were a great way to inform and educate people about the benefits of kinesiology and the ways I work with stresses and emotions.
These short 1 hour talks are informative, informal and offers a Q&A approach so everyone walks away with some new learning.

Podcast Guest
I have only recently started being a guest on podcasts - but I have to say I thoroughly enjoy doing them. I have mainly chatted about my values, beliefs, why I do what I do and the ins and outs of kinesiology and other modalities that I use and how my clients experience this magical healing.
