About a year ago, I graduated from the Shamanic Academy (now Sacred Oaks Academy). One of my fellow students invited me to be on her podcast. I had no idea what I was doing — but I said yes, jumped in, and we ended up having a deep, honest chat about my journey into kinesiology and how powerful this work can be.
Fast forward a year — I randomly clicked onto her YouTube channel, curious to see what she’d been up to. She’s interviewed so many incredible people.
And then I saw it...

What makes me wake up at night?
